PIT DEWATERING SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Flo-Max Australia assist mining operations by operating and maintaining the site’s dewatering system. During the early stages of the contract, Flo-Max works closely with the client’s own maintenance personnel to establish the required routine schedules. A dedicated crew of qualified personnel attend site for an agreed timeframe each week to carry out the developed schedules.

Work performed consists of, but is not limited to:

• Onsite personnel carrying out routine inspections and maintenance to the system

• Overhaul of the pumps and pumping sets

• Repairs to electrical motors

• Fitting and regular replacement of pontoon cable and pipeline floats

• Maintenance on MCC cabinets and associated equipment

• Weed control around MCC cabinets and associated infrastructure

• Emergency breakdown repairs
